Matter Exhibition

A collaborative art exhibition featuring the works of eleven female artists from origins near and far. My work consisted of 6 separate pieces - the base of which are photos taken of naturally occurring sand textures, washed into the sand by a strong tide. The printed textures are highlighted by delicate embroidery and bead work, bringing color into an otherwise neutral palette.
